Most of my games run fine, but the couple I've had to install with flatpaks both have the same issue - they seem to be using my integrated intel GPU instead of my good one. Is there some setting I need to change?

Have you tried flatseal?

GPU acceleration's definitely on and I'm still getting the same issue
