simple drift
I am downloading the updates recommended by the update manager in mint right now, and I am noticing that some incredibly small updates (~500 kb average) are downloading pretty slowly. I was downloading one of the larger ones (for firefox ~70 Mb) and it took around 20 minutes.
Is it possible that linux is limiting my bitrate? I am connected through ethernet, so I do not think a shoddy connection is the issue.
