[SOLVED] How do I make Alt Gr key produce e-grave e.g é | Linux Mint Community🍵 | Page 1

So sorry if this is obvious, I'm about 8 months into using Linux and for the first time needed to produce é and realised that the "Alt Gr" key to the right of the space bar isn't working like it does in Windows.

I'm on "Generic 104-Key PC" and it's a UK layout. From searching around I need to set the "Compose" key but I'm not sure where to do that? I've included a couple of screenshots.

I'm on Mint with Plasma installed which might be complicating things for following help stuff online.
