I've been looking for android emulators but I'd like to ask if anyone here has a personal favorite for Mint, since those I found may be for Linux but not all of them run on this distro.

I think you can use Weston (running wayland within x11) to run Waydroid (wayland-only android "emulator") on mint, but I haven't tried it myself
