you make a second user account, using alternate language/locale and use the 'switch user' or 'log out' and sign in with new user.

@fluid wraith The "lazy" way to do this is by overriding the LANG variable when launching apps

#

They uses that to know which language to use

#

So you can hook up things a certain way to have it works

I'm using Cinnamon, idk if I could make something like that though. I've only done beginner level programming in high school
