Hi, is it possible to use Wayland on a daily basis in Linux Mint, or at least reasonably support multiple monitors with different resolutions and refresh rates in Xorg?

I wouldn't advise sticking to it just yet. Wayland is still experimental on Cinnamon.
I believe MATE and Xfce doesn't provide any option regarding that yet, nonetheless... also still on the early ages of implementing Wayland.

About your query on the multiple monitor setup, maybe it'd be nice for us to wait for someone else. I'm equally inexperienced with that.
