install psensor, and enable logging in its options
enable graphing of certain items too

Can you point me at an explanation of the log file format? It doesn't make much sense without the decoder ring, and I'm not having any luck searching.
i'm not familiar with it, i just know it exists in the same option window that has a tickbox for Alarm
it should be just a text file, presumably
so show the text file here. (make sure when u upload it that its filename has a .txt extension for Discord to display it easily)

or just graph one or two cores usage, plus coretemp of either and/or acpi temp. and set the graph length to 1 hour (default is 20 min) and just screenshot it for ur records
