Function Key unlocked

I've noticed randomly my function key will unlock and ill have to hold the function key to change the brightness or lower the volume. I don't know why or when it happens specifically. Last time this happened it resolved itself randomly but now it happened again. Any advice? Thanks for the help :)

Already randomly went back to the function key being locked since posted ??? Who should i let know about this

May it be that you are triggering a hotkey that switches function key modes?
