In short my TP-link network switch 4 ports, just shows 2 slow blinking light (both on or off at the same time). over the port that has the main routers line in it. and anything connected to the switch doesnt have any internet. what issue am i looking at here? ive heard it might be cable or it might be the switch?

i can fix it with a router reboot but ive had to do that 3 days in a row now.

Change the ethernet cable between the router and the switch first.

turn it off for 5 minutes
