I can find mention that this was part of the Power Management GUI for 21.x but it appears to be absent on 22. I want to change the behavior to hibernate and have it do it sooner by increasing the percentage that's considered critical. This is due to the fact my laptop has issues with its battery where it will shut off suddenly at about 9%, which caused issues of filesystem corruption when I was on another distro.
