Hi, I'm a brand new user just freshly installed Linux Mint 22.1 "Xia" Cinnamon on my laptop. I want to open the Software Manager, but it doesn't work; I get the loading wheel on my mouse for a split second, and then nothing happens. When I run mintinstall via the command line, this happens:

MintInstall: low resolution detected (768px height), limiting window height.
MintInstall: Detected system architecture: 'x86_64'
``` And then nothing opens.
I did some looking around on google, and thought it might be an issue with flatpak, but:
Bus error (core dumped)
meh. fresh install shouldnt have that issue. open Welcome again, search it in start menu. then set up your software sources.
Opened the welcome menu, tried clicking Launch from there, but no luck.
This is what I see when I open Software Sources:
click restore default settings
then check in PPAs nothing extraneous is in there. (shouldn't be on a fresh install)
#
check what display server you're running too. inxi -G in terminal, and look for that phrase
restored to defaults, nothing extraneous in PPAs, and my display server says X.org
try booting up the live usb of Mint n test running SM there
#
if it fails, u got a bad ISO/burn
very possible. i'll give it a try and reinstall if it fails
well if it fails, you'll need to verify the ISO u initially got, and if needed, download another one
Installed a new verified ISO and it's working. Thank you!
