DaVinci Resolve

Im trying to get DaVinci Resolve to work on mint but I just keep getting this error

Missing or outdated system packages detected.
Please install the following missing packages:
libapr1 libaprutil1 libasound2 libglib2.0-0

But when I try to do sudo apt install <packages> it says already installed, is it just not compatible? Is there an older version of DaVinci that works?

I wasted a couple of days trying to install DaVinci Resolve on mint as well, and I later found that alot of people failed as well. some people suggest you:

• install their rocky linux iso
• use a chroot environment
• or use a docker container.

the problem with these required packages is that DaVinci Resolve asks for outdated versions of these packages, and when i tried to download these old version my system broke because they caused a conflict with the packages that linux mint uses. so the solutions are as i told you in the previous message

Well then you have 2 other options but they will require you to learn some stuff

I don't use davinci but it seems a legit guide

And about micheal horn video, I watch him for tips and tricks some times and he is good

I watched Michael's video before but I found it too inconvenient and gave up
