Anyone handy with Plasma 6 know if it's possible to make animations such as this any smoother? It's kinda jarring

Are you using the x11 session? I was just using that to troubleshoot some issues and the animations were messed up similar to that

See the slider for the animation responsieness in Settings. Might like to set that to instant or something.
If that is already, try to notch it down a bit.
Usually that covers much of people's preferences when it coms to animation and all that.

Nope, doesn't affect anything at all
I mean, actually it does affect the animation speed of things like the launch menu opening and window moving animations
But otherwise notifications are still the same

Does it still happen if you switch the theme to breeze/one of the other default themes?
