how did you get that cool terminal at the top?
ohh that thats kitty
and i put custom image there in fastfetch
oh nice
looks great
by the way
i3 is a manual tiler, so you need to define splits and layouts yourself
Yea the gaps i defined myself
The splits and layouts i like the default ones
Apparantly we dont need i3-gaps anymore as the projects have merged
So there is a gaps option itself in i3wm
The movement of tabs and resize can be done with mouse too i realised lol and there is a resize for each tab
And we can just do mod+h or mod+v with tab to open horizontally or vertically
waow
breh im using i3 too and my garbage looks nothing like that lel
cant think of things to configure or add
ur bar looks so clean
EVER SINCE I WAS A JIT IVE BEEN LEGIT 🔥💯🔥

which packages do you recommend i get for i3? i already got picom and polybar
https://github.com/Ethics03/i3WM-Mint-Dotfiles @restive hazel
These are my dotfiles
I would recommend
Dunst for notification
Rofi
Rofi powermenu
thanks! another question, how do you get the rounded corners to... not
look like that
oh yeah i also should remove at the bottom and get around to configuring polybar
i've heard of people not being able to figure out how to config polybar so i might also look at alternatives
polybar is weird sometimes
dk but i never got round corners in the first place
probably some issue with picom
how do i actually remove the bar at the bottom?
oh in the i3 config at the last there would be a status bar config commenet that or remove it
this is literally the best starship prompt, terminal, and shell i ever made
looks reallly coool
@final light ah btw im shifting to fedora
will try hyprland
