couldnt figure any of the 3rd party programs out. This pc might have the fans locked or whatever. Tried the msi afterburner but my privileges are blocked for the manual fan speed adjusting idk

i also messed with some stuff in windows in the advanced battery section. Made both catagories "passive" and dropped my max cpu consumption down to like %75

seems to be better in linux now but maybe it's just my imagination
