While browsing my settings, I noticed that under my Software Sources, in the Additional Repositories section, I have two repositories that are unchecked and thus disabled. Those are Radeon amdgpu-proprietary.list and Winehq. Should I enable these or just leave it like it is?

did you upgrade from 21.3 to 22? if yes then you probably disabled it but don't remember.
I imagine you don't need the propryietary amdgpu, so leave it or delete.
as for winehq, it provides newer system versions of wine (this isn't needed if you use flatpak apps like bottles, lutris or heroic or launchers like steam, they use their own versions)
if you did upgrade, you probably need to remove the winehq repository and add a new one for noble
