Do I have access to external HDD in mint live without installation?
When the life medium is finished too load from USB stick then plug in ext HDD or plugin before? I like to save some datas from the external HDD to another external HDD in Live Medium is this possible?

The live environment can do what you ask, but keep in mind:
- you need three USB ports, since the medium needs to stay plugged, and both the source and target drive need a port
- if the drives are running NTFS, file copies sometimes run into weird errors, no guarantees for file integrity
