I accidentally uninstall the bluetooth cinnamon applet and now i cant reinstall it back , because when i try to reinstall it back it gives an error about needing an packge and i cant install that package.

I accidentally uninstall the bluetooth cinnamon applet and now i cant reinstall it back , because when i try to reinstall it back it gives an error about needing an packge and i cant install that package.
how to reproduce this result:
Step 1: sudo apt-get remove nemo
Step 2: sudo apt-get install cinnamon cinnamon-dbg nemo
Because for some reason uninstalling Nemo removes the whole DE
I rebooted and the Bluetooth applet came back?!!
