#How do I check what speed my RAM is running at and if not correct, how do I fix it?

I have DDR5 6000. I think it might be running at 4800. I'm not Linux Mint so it doesn't say in System Monitor. But I did have EXPO II enabeled in bios which set it to 6000. But it's still not clear if my PC is actually running it at 6000 or not.

else there are other tools like dmidecode but I'd have to look up the exact command online
