I have been trying to make one with different programs, but they don't work. I tried searching for a tutorial on youtube aswell. I can't find anything.
I also wanted to use the function where you make a bootable usb with Linux itself, but it won't work because I want to boot windows on my usb.

I have tried installing ventoy, bu couldn't launch it. Neither commands or extracting the file have worked
(I have tried both .iso and .tar.gz)

I downloaded the iso file, but couldnt launch the exe file. With the tar.gz file, I can't even extract it (it says: extraction not performed)
