Hello, if i hover over something as the steam store or a friend on steam the text will appear on my other monitor and not my primary. can someone ELI5(very new to linux mint) how to get it to display on my primary monitor? Thanks

Changing notifications settings to primary/active didn't solve it. Its hard to get a picture of what I mean, I can try.
Notifications don't pop up on the other monitor, it's only the text that does, if that makes sense.
like if i hover steam "Library" It will show Home/Collection/Downloads on the other screen.

Sounds like the correct term is tooltip, changing notification settings wont help

I think its tooltips within steam that are the issue which means the issue is simply steam
