what im trying to do is:
shuf -n AMOUNT -e ~/FolderWhereAllMyStuffIs/* | xargs -i mv {} ~/FolderWhereAllMyStuffIs/FolderWhereIWantToMoveSomeOfTheStuff_1
what i get:
xargs: unmatched single quote; by default quotes are special to xargs unless you use the -0 option
what does that even mean?!

idk that looks archaic and ridiculously complicated. use a file manager and cut/paste, drag

eg: put file manager in details/aka list-view, sort by size, modification date, size, type, whatever. ctrl-click, or shift+arrow-up/down, ctrl-x or ctrl-c.. paste in tab or location.
