Maybe this happened to someone else, but I don't know how to search for it beacuase I don't reallly know how to describe it.
A few days ago when I turn on my PC, instead of Mint's logo showing up which is followed by the login screen, now I have a screen in some way similar to the terminal. It's too quick, so I can't really see what it say, but there a bunch of "OK". What has been replaced is the Mint logo screen, not the login one.

That's just called boot log. It shows the system messages, including hardware detection, service initialization, and other status updates as the operating system loads... so that you are aware if something goes wrong or not.
There's nothing to worry about here... probably except Plymouth (the software that handles the bootsplash). Your Plymouth may not be configured properly or you're encountering a graphics driver issue (thus it can't load and the task is handed over to the boot log).
