It's been few weeks and I thought it would fixed itself. I'm not sure what to do here.

I did the sudo apt autoremove and now I'm getting this Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

And the Update Manager still have the same issue.

is the distro ubuntu? if so i just recommend reinstalling, you prob did something that broke a package ( edit forgor this is lm server)

It maybe because I after I upgrade to Mint 22 (few days after the release) a lot of package was not properly install and I was force to use TimeShift
