#Linux Mint 21 only able to boot under compatibility mode

Im having issues with my OS not being able to boot in anything other than compatibiltiy mode. I've tried to boot into live USBs and even those only work through compatibility mode. No error messages are given, my monitor simply goes black and turns off, while my Desktop keeps running. I believe this to be an issue with my AMD GPU but I have 0 clue what could've been done to cause it to not work properly. All of my packages are up to date.

apologies for the formatting, running "inxi -Fxxxmprz" gives me the following output

you'll notice

there's no built-in driver in even ur current 6.8 linux kernel for that particular AMD GPU, hence why many distros u have tried need compat mode

#

may need some specialist package for it
