Hey there I installed mint a while ago now I want to try some other os and distros im confused how to uninstall mint and remove grub so it boots windows autometically

you could use gparted-live iso (or gparted on any live distro's iso) to pre-delete the Mint partition. dont touch the EFI one

If you just install other distro it should rewrite grub, if you just wan to keep windows use something called "super grub disc" live iso that was created for these problems. https://www.supergrubdisk.org/super-grub2-disk/
It can uninstall grub keeping your windows bootloader or fix its configuration.
