i installed Linux Mint for the first time a few days ago, dualbooting with Windows 10, and after my first failed Garuda linux venture, my hard drives are no longer mountable. on boot, Windows keeps wanting to "fix" them, and unfortunately it did go through a few times when i left the computer for a while, or fell asleep and it got a BSOD, so i wasn't there to stop the check after reboot. So i tried looking at a few forum posts, which said to run chkdsk, so i did, but it did absolutely nothing. One of the hard drives mounted again after chkdsk, but then a reboot later it went back to being unmountable again, and i couldn't fix it again since. I disabled fast startup both in windows and the bios, i ran chkdsk a million times, i have no idea what else i can do.

This is the error message it shows, it's the same for both (+the ssd windows partition)

while chkdsk IS the right tool for the job, 99.99% of the time for NTFS disks, - especially chkdsk -f for scan and fix; this time use a different approach.
