Alright so I recently moved and after getting my PC set up my Linux refuses to boot the only difference I know with my setup is that I do not have Ethernet set up, could that be affecting it?

Here's a image of my boot screen, I've left it on this for nearly 24 hours with no change

When you moved your PC, did you remove any certain components by any chance?

It seems to be quite the common issue. See if you can boot to another kernel or to the recovery...

Using secure boot somehow fixed it so thank you

i saw both KDE AND XFCE, one probably messed up the login manager of the other

those two desktops are rather different in origin/lineage and use different login managers
