I only noticed this while I was selecting my role. What is the difference between Linux mint and Linux mint Debian edition? From what I know, all versions of linux mint are debian.

if i've done my research correctly.... linux mint is based primarily on ubuntu....... and ubuntu is based on debian. Now linuxmint debian edition is linuxmint without ubuntu.
