#Linux Mint won't open. Error Message pop up whenever I try

I have been going for a few days and my brain hurts. I been trying to switch to Linux mint and got it on my usb. But when ever I try to open it. I get a error code. what can I start doing to troubleshoot this? or what should I be looking for to fix this?

  1. Using balenaEtcher. I have flashed linuxmint-21.3-cinnamon-64bit into my USB.
  2. Turning off my computer and open up my MSI computer Boot system
    3.The first Image is what it would be on to open windows. I try to switch it to both USB choose to the Option 1.
  3. Second Image is the error I keep getting.

I was hoping that Linux would open

The error message keep popping up.
