Panel Icons Disappearing after suspend

If the system goes into suspend either using the menu or timing out, when i wake it up, the bottom panel's icons are missing.
Sometimes they flash when pressing the application menu button, but to regain i have to completely log out then back in.
Using LMDE and Cinnamon system is up to date.

also the tool tip text is only showing random characters when hovering over the slots where the icons should be

using 6.0.4+faye (well thats what apt version cinnamon reports at least.

is this a fresh install?

i'm hardly experienced with this but i turned off secure boot and updated my kernal to the latest one and it fixed all my isues with my gpu/igpus

Kernel is Updated, install has a few weeks, this Problem Happen from the beginning

i think it's nVidia but dont know how to fix it

tryed to change nVidia driver Version but driver Manager Shows error

sudo apt autoremove fixed nVidia changing driver error

gonna try different drivers in upcoming days

UPDATE: fixed ARTIFACTS problem by changing nvidia driver from recommmended 535 to 545
