#AMD Display Driver issues

I just installed Mint and my screen resolution is low (1024x768, 800x600) and I used to use 1280x1024 on Windows without problems.

I installed AMD GPU drivers from AMD's website and it was no help, uninstalled later.

I then upgraded the Linux kernel to 6.5.

Another thing that can prevent your driver from using the screen correctly is Secure Boot, which we recommend disabling, unless you specifically need it.

It’s TeraScale3 not Sea Islands so amdgpu won’t work

You would need to do the stupid add-mode shenanigans to do it
