#need help setting correct mirrors

The update manager asked me to update the mirrors so I chose some Chinese ones
Now apt update has stopped working at all and it setting mirrors fails I've tried. Setting a few , it says check your internet connection
Any ideas

type Sources in the Mint start menu. launch 'software sources' settings app; from there you can reset stuff to default or change to other. @lean pumice
