Move partition

Need to move either sda6 to the middle or move the free space to the end, how do I do this?

only need 100 to 200 MB!

boot a live usb with Mint or gparted-live OS

use the gparted program to extend or move partitions, and shrink. As well as format unallocated space.

First time I'm using Linux seriously (only played with arch on a old laptop)
Thought having more is better than nothing

Is it that bad having much space of the EFI?
