When multiple windows are on the desktop and top window is being re-positioned, the window boarder will "stick" momentarily to the boarder of a window underneath it as the boarders align.
I have checked the "windows tiling" settings, but nothing seems to disable this feature.
The image attached tries to visualize the above description. It also includes the tiling settings available that I have had enabled and disabled.
Is there a setting that will disable this behavior? TY.
