I'm using an ASUS TUF VG27AQ3A as my main monitor, which has stated specs that include 180hz. When I open up the U.I. from the physical buttons on the monitor, it says "60hz". It also only seems to cause screen tearing in Factorio right now. I'm testing other games to confirm that.

I don't know that it would make a difference, but one of my monitors, the primary one is 2560x1440, and my second monitor is only 1920x1080.

chris titus made a guide to fix the tearing

I think I did it by lowering my monitor's refresh rate from 144 to 60, so I should be fine now. Doesn't seem to be any tearing and I'm not one of those people that's like 60hz is soooo bad 😂

I can live with running the monitor at under it's stated specs. I will check that out though in case it breaks again. Thank you :)
