Earlier today I left my pc with the screen on, and when I returned a few hours later the battery was completely dead and the pc didn't turn on even though I had set the "suspend after x amount of time" setting. I tried suspending via the systemctl suspend command and it went into suspend mode successfully. I'm not sure what went wrong earlier but I thought maybe the issue was that I had different timeout settings for screen lock and suspend options. I set the same amount for timeout for both of them and I hope it works. The other issue I've been having is that Redshift doesn't work unless I click on the applet and wait a random amount time until it decides to come to life. I have autostart enabled and idk what else I might be missing. My system info is attached, pls let me know if I need to provide more info.
