What filesystem was that? If NTFS, you will likely need one of the commercial applications, like this: https://www.easeus.com/resource/unformat-hdd.html

At least exFAT is still FAT, so a rather simple file table, which increases your chances to get it all back. Good luck restoring it.

If that was a Windows-created parition, it is best to attempt the restore from Windows with a tool like Easeus. I have no experience with this kind of restore from Linux, so I cannot point you to a program there.
