Is there a convenient way to back up a Linux app?

I installed Citra and Yuzu through flatpak last night, is there a way I can back these up so I can put them somewhere safe and install them on other machines in the future?
I assume I could manually copy all the files and then manually put each one in the right place to install, but I'd rather not do that if possible.

You can try getting the appimages off those

Pretty sure all official ways of getting them are gone by now, which is why I want to use what I have.
