currently stuck at grub menu and i cannot exit out of it. I tried installing windows through a usb and did like setroot and then just like did it for evreyone of the options and now im stuck

okay so when i was installing linux, i put the usb in went to the windows boot menu and just hit install from usb

and it worked, but now when i go to that same place it requires a passwrord

i dont know if i can get past that, but for now how would you leave grub
