using proton on gog downloaded games without program

how do i use proton outside of steam? i wanna play witcher 3 downloaded from gog site i saved on my hdd in parts
you can basically download game without installing gog, i want to play my witcher 3 just like that with proton

You can try lutris, I used that to run gog games, and it works seamlessly

i try to run exe file installer and it dont want to unpack the files

If Lutris does not work for you, there is always Heroic Game Launcher. This one can use your account to download automatically, but I think it can also use pre-downloaded files.

when i click on run it takes few seconds and flips back to iddle

does that mean i have insufficient ram?

it worked fine on windows 7
