Trying to figure this one out; I'm trying to type out the upside-down ? on the keyboard, however I cannot tell what the key combination is and nothing I look up online is any useful.

Pasting my keyboard layout here as well, you'll see the that the + key is used for ? and \ as well with shift and alt gr respectively. But I cannot access the fourth symbol, which is the upside-down ?.

You need to make sure you selected the right keyboard, as in what country it's from. You can add new keyboards in settings keyboard. When it's set to the right keyboard you can use alt gr to type the characters on the bottom right side of the key and alt-gr + shift to type the characters on top right of the key.
