My pc defaults to the audio output on my ps5 controller when I first boot up my computer. Is there a way to disable the audio output on the ps5 controller or a way to make it so that my pc defaults to using my logitech speakers on startup?

install pavucontrol

#

launch it from menu: (Pulse Audio Volume Control)

#

stretch it wide. Go to the Configuration tab,

#

Disable the PS5 audio profile device

#

Be on the Profile describing your built-in soundcard, then:

#

Go to Output tab. Near the speaker/mute button there's a "Set as Fallback" button, ensure it's pressed in.

#

*note: in Config tab, Duplex or Analog Duplex means that hardware handles both output and input (speakers and mic)

I installed pavucontrol through the terminal and it solved my issue
