I want to Install Linux Mint on my old Laptop but when i want to start the Stick it says Missing firmware

i thought there was windows 7 on it but somehow linux debian was on it so i went into the boot menu again and choosed the right one

Your USB stick shouldn't be seen as /dev/sr0 as far as I know, it would be /dev/sdb or /dev/sda

The Installation ist done. You can still try Linux Mint but all Changes you do Till a reboot will Not save

well. anyway install got done. should be safe to force reboot it with the button. hold down power button 8 seconds
