I can't make a screenshot because it disappears everytime. But basically, I was seeing if there was a way to stop rectangles from appearing around buttons, folds, and files when scaled 125%. Not an issue at 100%

Mind sending a picture instead? "Rectangles" is very ambiguous and hard to visualise

yes, mostly appears when cursor is on something. It flashes too
