How do I install it? I created the bootable drive and the option to start Linux mint from usb appears on bios. I select that and then I get an out of memory error.

#

I want to dual boot with windows 11

#

I tried installing it in EFI mode but it gave me the out-of-memory error.

#

This is my first time trying to install mint properly.

#

My laptop is a hp probook 450 G8

#

I created the bootable drive using Etcher just as the Linux installation website said

I tried reflashing with rufus instead of etcher but now it’s not booting from the usb drive

Check bios for intel secure extensions, it might needto be in software mode or disabled

Ok so I reflashed the usb again using etcher and it can detect it but I’m getting the same out-of-memory error again in EFI
