NB : The Alt + space shortcuts still works and does the same thing.
Also it works on my laptop that uses the same theme. The only difference is that I don't use conky on my laptop.

Well hello again Lucky. I think you can easily restore this by going to Settings> Windows> and look for on one of the tabs there titlebar stuff.
should have some options that dictate what double-click, middle click and right click do for it. Choose 'operations menu' or window menu for the right-click function.
