I'm not support help as I'm certainly no scholar, but I would try booting into the live environment via your Mint USB and running GParted. Use that to fully erase your disk and try again
But I fear you may have a bigger issue. I have not seen a BSOD in 10 or so years on Windows. If you're getting that many of them it could be a hardware failure

I think you may have had a BIOS setting like fast bootup enabled. once u wiped the old EFI partition after a reboot or two it solved.
