Cinnamon Edge Edition https://www.linuxmint.com/download.php
Linux Mint is an elegant, easy to use, up to date and comfortable desktop operating system.

thats my first thought, get a newer kernel. either try the edge mint iso, or a distro with a newer stock kernel (fedora would be easy)
or also any 23.10 Ubuntu Spin
@supple shell reboot and press esc f12 or del then screneshot your bios please
i reboooted linux loads before i can type on my keyboard so i cant acess bios

yes it wont bios flash because linux logo appears before my keyboard lights up so i cant flash bios
they don't need to light up in order for you to press the keys
