I ran the original Half-Life through steam and it was capped at 15 fps and kept stuttering, I also ran Roblox through Grapejuice and it didn't run well, but when I tried Mario 64 Plus it runs at full fps no problems. My gpu is a RTX 2060 SUPER and my CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5
